Biography
As Martin’s CEO, Danny blends creative and business acumen with big-picture perspectives, fostering breakthrough ideas that helped earn the agency accolades like Adweek's Agency of the Year in 2020 and 2021, Ad Age’s 2023 Agency of the Year, and Fast Company’s Most Innovative List for 2023 and 2024.
Before becoming CEO, Danny broke barriers as Martin's first Black Chief Creative Officer and one one of the few leading a non-Black-owned agency, overseeing work for iconic brands like UPS, GEICO, Walmart, TIAA, DoorDash and OREO.
Previously, as Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Vigilante, he orchestrated groundbreaking campaigns, including the iconic Oprah and Pontiac integration and award-winning work for brands like Heineken and Sprint and Johnnie Walker Black Label. Danny's a Hampton University grad with an MBA from Atlanta University, an accomplished artist, former DJ and stand-up comedian lauded as "one of the funniest men in advertising" by the Stand Up
