Biography
Dave Rolfe began his career as an independent producer in the Pacific Northwest in the 90s, before leading production at three global agencies, Facebook’s Global Business Marketing, and now as WPP and Hogarth’s Global Head of Production.
Rolfe’s career took off at Crispin Porter + Bogusky in 1999, helping the agency earn "Agency of the Decade" in 2010. He later joined BBDO NY in 2012, focusing on cross-medium work and technology, and briefly led production at DDB Chicago, launching Bud.tv.
In 2004, Rolfe introduced Integrated Production, combining generalist and specialist roles, tech integration, and in-house prototyping—setting an industry standard. He’s won multiple awards, including Cannes Grand Prix and Titanium Lions, for brands like AT&T, Facebook, and Pepsi.
At WPP/Hogarth, Rolfe leads production strategies to elevate creative excellence, with a focus on talent development and innovative partnerships. He lives in NYC with his wife Tiffany and their two children.
