As a former engineer from the Institut National Agronomique Paris Grignon, Delphine Viguier-Hovasse is Global Brand President of the number one beauty brand in the world, L’Oréal Paris. While she dreamed of doing reconstructed skin research in the laboratory, fate decided otherwise and led her to Marketing when she started at L'Oréal.

While there she has held a range of marketing management positions and in 2019, she became the first woman to become Global Brand President of L’Oréal Paris. Committed to empowering women all around the world, she believes that beauty should be accessible to everyone, and that every woman should have the right to be both feminine and feminist.
