Emma Grede is a British businesswoman, serial entrepreneur, philanthropist and author. She is the Founding Partner of SKIMS, Co-Founder & CEO of Good American, Chairwoman of The Fifteen Percent Pledge, and serves on the board of the Obama Foundation. Named one of Forbes’ “Richest Self-Made Women” (2022–2025), Emma launched Good American in 2016, now an iconic B-Corp brand recognised for promoting inclusivity, and co-founded SKIMS, valued at US$4bn and named to TIME’s “100 Most Influential Companies”. In 2025, she launched Off Season with the NFL and Fanatics, and she invests in consumer brands led by women.

Emma hosts the weekly podcast Aspire with Emma Grede, and her first book, Start with Yourself, will be published in April 2026. She appears as a guest shark on Shark Tank, co-hosts Side Hustlers, and serves on the board of Baby2Baby.
