Erika Serow is Partner and Chief Marketing Officer at Bain & Company. Based in the firm’s New York office in the USA, she is responsible for developing and delivering Bain’s global marketing programme across all of its practices and geographies.

Ms Serow originally joined Bain in 1995 and previously served as the Head of Bain’s Retail practice in the Americas. From 2016 to 2017, she served as the President of Sweaty Betty, a British activewear brand that was part of the L Catterton portfolio.

Outside the firm, Ms Serow is a Director of Purple Innovation, a Senior Advisor at Silversmith Capital Partners and a member of the Steering Committee for OpenMinds.

She earned her MBA from Stanford University and her undergraduate degree from Duke University.
