Frank Starling is Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer at LIONS. Responsible for evolving and embedding its global DEI strategy to create a more equitable business and put inclusive thinking at the heart of the organisation.

Starling, a specialist in DEI, previously served as CEO of Variety Pack, a consultancy that works with global organisations across sectors to build equitable cultures of trust, psychological safety and inclusion.

In 2020, Starling was chosen as one of the leading Black figures in the UK via the Operation Black Vote, Oxford University and House of Commons executive leadership programme, Pathways to Success. He is an Associate alumnus of the Blavatnik School of Government at Oxford University, an accredited Psychological Safety Consultant and certified in DEI from Cornell University.
