Ger Roe is the Board Creative Director at Publicis Dublin and a member of the Institute of Creative Advertising and Design (ICAD) Executive Board. He also serves on the Publicis Global Creative Council.

Ger has judged and chaired numerous national and international awards shows across various disciplines. He has personally won multiple awards, including D&AD pencils, Cannes Lions, and a Grand Prix at Eurobest in 2022. Under his leadership, Publicis Dublin has become the most creatively awarded Irish agency.

Ger leads creative teams on key accounts at Publicis Dublin, including PTSB Bank, Virgin Media, Heineken, Tayto Crisps, AXA Ireland, Today FM, and Irish Water. He has also been a keynote speaker at major creative events and has lectured in Advertising & Ideation at Dublin University.

When not working, Ger enjoys salmon fishing and training for Ironman triathlons, though he humorously admits to struggling with both.
