Grace is a business economist who’s worked on hundreds of econometrics/MMM projects, revealing how to get growth, putting numbers to good use, and telling stories that enable change. Grace's clients do very effective marketing, and have won 14 IPA Effectiveness awards, including the Grand Prix in 2022.

Grace is a columnist at marketing week and WARC, a previous chair of technical judges at the IPA awards, and a regular speaker on marketing effectiveness. Grace founded Magic Numbers in 2021, and grew it to 25 people before selling to Analytic Partners in 2024.
