Hannah Elsakr is a business builder and general manager who launches, scales and governs new ventures at the intersection of AI, creativity and enterprise growth.

As VP of GenAI New Business Ventures at Adobe, she launched Firefly for Enterprise – including Firefly Services, Custom Models, and Firefly Foundry – enabling brands to adopt commercially safe generative AI at scale. She previously led Adobe’s Corporate Development organisation and served as Chief of Staff to CEO Shantanu Narayen, working directly with the executive team and board on mergers and acquisitions, strategy and governance.

She serves as Board President of the Adobe Foundation and is the author of Leadership Mosaic, a newsletter on leadership, human judgement and creativity in the age of AI. Hannah holds a BS in Applied Mathematics with Computer Science from MIT and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
