Jacques Burger is a Founding Partner and Group CEO of The Up&Up Group, proudly affiliated to M+C Saatchi.

Under his leadership, the Group has grown to become one of the largest independent communication groups on the African continent, comprising seven creative companies, operating in more than 20 markets. He is deeply ambitious for the businesses of his clients, which include MTN, the biggest telco on the continent, Standard Bank, the biggest bank on the continent, and brands like Heineken and PepsiCo.

He has more than 25 years of experience leading the communications solutions globally for blue-chip brands across a number of markets, including Australia, where he was voted one of the 40 most influential marketing specialists under the age of 40 (AdNews, 2009).

He frequently delivers guest lectures at globally recognised universities and is regularly published as a thought leader in prominent business and marketing publications.
