Jae Goodman’s company Superconnector Studios is a management consultancy, brand entertainment producer, and talent-led consumer product accelerator. In 2024 and 2025, Superconnector Studios was named one of Fast Company’s World’s Most Innovative Companies (#2 in 2025 within the Advertising and Marketing Category) and launched talent-driven brands Sonrisa Rum and Drop of Sunshine Wines.

Previously, Goodman founded Observatory, a three-time Fast Company Most Innovative Company, after serving as CAA’s first Chief Creative Officer and Co-Head of CAA Marketing. He has won four Emmys, four Cannes Lions Grands Prix and numerous industry accolades.

Goodman is Chair of Effie Worldwide and a two-time Cannes Lions Jury President and serves on the boards of St. John’s Hospital and Ryff. He splits his time between Nashville and Los Angeles, USA.
