Jane Wakely, Chief Consumer and Marketing Officer and Chief Growth Officer for International Foods at PepsiCo, leads Global Consumer and Marketing, including R&D, marketing, insights, design and category strategy. She oversees International Foods, PepsiCo’s fastest-growing strategic category.

Previously, Jane was Lead Chief Marketing Officer at Mars, spearheading consumer function transformations and launching Mars’s sustainable growth mandate.

Jane views creativity as a growth multiplier and believes brands drive positive impact. Under her leadership, teams have won over 160 Cannes Lions Awards, 120 One Show awards, 100 Effies and 60 Design and Art Direction awards. She earned the inaugural Cannes Lions Grand Prix for the Sustainable Development Goals Lions in partnership with the UN. In 2021, Spikes Asia named her Advertiser of the Year for The Lion’s Share.
