Biography
Jason Horowitz is Senior VP, Global Head of Marketing and Media at Mattel, overseeing brand and digital creative, media, PR, influencer strategy and marketing operations within the integrated marketing communications (IMC) organisation.
With over 20 years at Mattel, he has held key leadership roles, most recently leading US marketing and global business insights for brands like Barbie, Fisher-Price and Uno. Previously, he led the Hot Wheels brand, driving global growth through innovation in content and products. He also headed global entertainment partnerships, managing relationships with Disney, Nickelodeon, Universal, Warner Bros. and WWE. Earlier, he contributed to various brand marketing roles, including Batman and Games, and helped launch the franchise development team.
Jason began his career as an Associate Producer at ABC Sports Online. A passionate sports fan, he holds a Bachelor’s degree with Honours from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
