Biography

Jen Speirs holds the role of Chief Creative Officer at Droga5, part of Accenture Song. Jen has crafted award-winning campaigns for an illustrious roster of brands including Apple Music, The LEGO Group, McDonald’s, Carefree, Arnott’s, Berlei, Aer Lingus, Irish Rugby, Meta, and UN Women.

She has served on numerous award juries, lending her expertise to events such as Cannes Lions (Glass and Film), One Show, The Clios, The Caples, and The Immortals. She has also had the pleasure of speaking at esteemed platforms like the Cannes Lions Festival and the inaugural Australian 3% Conference.

Throughout her career, Jen has collaborated with exceptional talents and spearheaded successful pitches for some of the world’s most beloved brands.
