Jenni Middleton is the editor-in-chief of LIONS. Leading the global content for LIONS, Jenni is responsible for developing a cohesive editorial strategy across the full Lions product portfolio, including the Festival, Learning, including the newly launched LIONS cMBA online learning course, The Work and Advisory services.

Jenni has worked in publishing since 1994 and has been an editor for nearly 30 years. Previously, she was director of beauty at global trend forecasting service WGSN. She also worked at Emap, including editing titles in art, retail, jewellery and beauty. Jenni was also editor of Nursing Times, the UK’s leading nursing title for nearly a decade, where she campaigned to shape government policy around nursing and enable healthcare workers to speak out around safety.
