Biography

Jill Kramer is Mastercard’s Chief Marketing and Communications Officer and a member of the company’s executive leadership team and management committee. She leads the Mastercard brand globally, driving growth through innovative, integrated marketing and communications strategies.

Recognized by Forbes as one of the 50 Most Influential CMOs, Jill brings deep expertise in building brand relevance and delivering impact across industries and geographies.

Prior to Mastercard, Jill served as CMCO at Accenture, where she led a global, technology‑driven function overseeing brand, advertising, and global campaigns. She spearheaded Accenture’s largest brand transformation in over a decade with the launch of the "Let There Be Change" campaign.

Earlier in her career, Jill held senior leadership roles at BBDO and DDB, developing award‑winning programs for brands including AT&T and ExxonMobil.

Jill serves on the Board of Directors of the Ad Council and holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
