Biography
I may just have the best job in the world.
I joined one of the most innovative companies on the planet to help turn an already great company into an iconic brand. And thanks to an incredible team, we’re on our way – earning a spot as #53 on the Kantar 100 Most Valuable Brands, #3 on Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work, and being named an Interbrand “Brand to Watch”.
Our team at ServiceNow is building the brand across every touchpoint – from strategy, creative and advertising to experiences, content, social, and thought leadership. It’s a team effort, and I’m lucky to be part of it.
I started my career as the receptionist at an ad agency in New York, USA, and that experience shaped everything. I believe a great idea can come from anywhere – including the receptionist.
Along the way, I became one of the few creative directors in advertising to step into the CEO role, leading BBDO San Francisco through a period of growth and transformation with blue-chip wins from LinkedIn, Meta, Wells Fargo, HP and ServiceNow. That taught me how to build not just brands, but teams and cultures that move the business forward.
Today, I get to bring the best practices of B2C brand building to the world of B2B, where strategy, creativity and storytelling matter more than ever.
