Joana Lenkova is a futurist, strategist and innovator working at the intersection of imagination and commercial reality. Grounded in the belief that the future is something we actively create, she helps organisations turn signals of change into clear, effective decisions.

She is Director of Cultural and Futures Intelligence at the LEGO Group, with a career spanning senior brand, innovation and strategy roles at AB InBev, Société Générale and The Walt Disney Company.

In 2019, she founded Futures Forward, a London-based consultancy in the UK advising leaders on building futures intelligence and translating foresight into actionable strategies.

Joana is an alumna of Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, an advisory board member of Strategic Consortium of Intelligence Professionals (SCIP), and a published thought leader in Fast Company and Forbes. Her book, From Foresight to Action (20 August 2026), explores strategic decision-making in uncertainty. All opinions are her own.
