Leading R/GA's offices in Argentina and Chile, Josefina oversees creative endeavors while driving business growth in Spanish-speaking markets across Latin America. Her leadership fosters collaboration among regional teams and upholds R/GA's values and culture.

With over 20 years in the industry, Josefina joined R/GA in 2018 as Creative Director, ascending to Group Creative Director. By 2022, she became Executive Creative Director for the Spanish-speaking LATAM region, later promoted to Vice President of Executive Creative Director and eventually to General Manager in 2024.

Josefina's influence extends beyond R/GA; she's chaired juries at various regional and local award shows and judged international events like Cannes Lions and Clio Awards. Her contributions to campaigns for Patagonia Brewery and Nike have earned acclaim at esteemed award ceremonies like Clio, Effie, and ANDY.
