Karina Wilsher is Partner and Global CEO of Anomaly.

Founded in 2004, Anomaly is a difficult to define, but exciting to work at ‘new model’ agency. Karina previously held the role of Global Chief Operating Officer and spent seven years as CEO of the network’s flagship office in New York. Prior to Anomaly, Karina was Partner, Managing Director of Fallon London, successfully helping it grow from startup to a Top Ten agency.

Karina is Chair of Effie Worldwide Board and was Chair of Effie UK Council for five years. She is a member of Meta’s Global Creative Council, Women in Advertising and Communications Leadership (WACL) and was a Founding Member of TimesUpAdvertising.
