Keely is the CEO of Making Space, a talent and learning platform advancing career opportunities for Disabled professionals. Under her leadership, the company partnered with NBCUniversal to place the first-ever Disabled hosts on NBC Sports’ Paralympics broadcast. Other partners include Indeed, Netflix and Visa. Keely also co-founded Making Space Media, securing a first-look deal with Reese Witherspoon’s Hello Sunshine and producing the documentary Fight To Fly, which exposed air travel inequities and sparked policy reform. She previously founded C Talent, an agency championing disability representation with a roster reaching over 50 million. It was acquired in 2022, marking the largest-ever acquisition of a company representing Disabled talent. Keely is a Forbes 30 Under 30 honouree and Diana Award recipient and sits on the LA Major Event Advisory Council. She’s also a Presidential Leadership Scholar, Gloria Steinem fellow, Storyteller in Residence at the Clinton Global Initiative and White House Youth Action Leader.
