Biography

Laura Jones is the Chief Marketing Officer at Instacart, where she is responsible for shaping a cohesive brand, fueling the company’s growth, and leading the marketing organization. She has refreshed Instacart’s brand identity, launched its first integrated brand campaign, built out its internal Creative Studio, established a full-funnel in-house media team, and made its Big Game debut. Laura’s work has been recognized by Ad Age, Adweek, Clios, Effies, and she has been featured in the Adweek 50, Forbes Entrepreneurial CMOs 50, and Adweek Marketing Vanguard lists. Laura also serves on the Board of Directors for Match Group and UNICEF USA.

Previously, Laura was Uber's Global Head of Marketing for Rides. In her six years at Uber, she built the global product marketing team across Uber’s offerings. She has also held roles at Google and Visa. Laura holds an MBA from Stanford and a BA in Economics and Government from Dartmouth.
