Lesley Butler is a leader in Bain’s Consumer Products practice.​

During her 20+ year career in the industry, she has worked on over 50 brands from startups to billion-dollar global food, beverage, and personal care companies with a focus on unlocking consumer-led growth. ​

Prior to Bain, Lesley held numerous marketing leadership positions at Pepsico and Kraft. She was also Chief Marketing Officer of Tovala, a direct-to-consumer food tech company where she scaled the business from $5M to over $100M and helped raise over $50M in capital.
