Leyal Eskin Yilmaz is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods/consumer packaged goods industry, spanning marketing, sales, and general management. She has held key roles across the USA, Turkey, the UAE and the Netherlands.

Currently, she is the Chief Marketing Officer for The Magnum Ice Cream Company, overseeing Europe, UK and Ireland, and Australia/New Zealand, while also leading global brands like Cornetto, Wall’s, Twister, Calippo, Carte d’Or, and Solero.

Previously, she was General Manager for Unilever’s Personal Care business in Arabia, managing operations across seven countries and chairing the Advertising Business Group to promote responsible advertising in the GCC.

Leyal was the first woman Head of Sales in Turkey, leading 5500 people. Her earlier roles include VP of Home Care for Turkey, Central Asia, and Iran, and Global Brand Director for Vaseline, based in New Jersey, USA.

She is a passionate advocate for equity, diversity and inclusion and women’s empowerment.
