Alongside her job at Rose Bikes, Lotte volunteers as a Board member of YoungDogs, a Dutch organisation that supports and gives opportunities to young creatives. They do this by connecting creatives to agencies, organising pitches with brands, and bringing creatives under 30 years old to take part in the Cannes Young Lions Competition.
