Louise serves as CEO of Fuse, a premier sport and entertainment marketing agency under Omnicom Media Group. With over 20 years in the industry, including roles at Vodafone Global and RBS Group, she's led Fuse's expansion to a team of 350 worldwide, catering to top brands like PepsiCo, Google, Vodafone, and Nissan. Recognized as one of Sports Leaders Under 40 in 2018 and Ad Age’s Women to Watch Europe in 2019, she's also received accolades from Management Today’s Inspiring Women in Business Awards 2020 and ranked 4th in PR Week Power 100 for sport in 2023. Louise serves as a Board Director for Omnicom Media Group UK and is actively involved in WACL and One Hundred. She's participated in prestigious jury panels, including Cannes Lions and Eurobest Entertainment Jury, and currently serves on the committee for Campaign’s Inspiring Women Award.
