I’m a Creative Director, a speaker, a professor, a mentor, and a barista. I believe in the power of sharing experiences to help our younger generations take our industry to the next level.

I’ve conducted workshops at The Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, the 4A’s, Miami Ad School, VCU Brandcenter, the Effies Collegiate, One Club Bootcamps, Creative Ladder, and more than a few ad agencies and universities around the globe.

I’m also the Co-Founder of Imper/Active, a marketing agency devoted to helping ONGs, local communities, and corporations make the world a better place to live.

My love for advertising and marketing only compares with my devotion to football (soccer in the US), coffee and street art.
