Luiza Cruz-Flade is an Executive Producer at Territory Studio specialising in design, animation and VFX for advertising and branded content. She has led high-impact projects for global brands like Nike, Google, Samsung and PlayStation, including the recent AI-driven campaign ‘#WeSeeYou Lily Parr’ for Three.

With over 20 years experience at creative companies such as AMV BBDO, The Mill, and Passion Pictures, she joined Territory Studio in 2022, where she leads motion production across commercials, branded content, title sequences and digital out-of-home campaigns.

Luiza was a Design Director for many years prior to migrating into production. Due to this, central to her approach is a strong belief in creating an environment where creative teams can thrive and experiment – an ethos that has defined her production leadership style.
