Before Crispin, Maggie was CEO of MMI Agency. Under her leadership, MMI saw industry-defying growth and retention, including the integration of Stagwell sister agency Media Kitchen into MMI, creating an innovative model of multi-disciplinary specialists. Maggie prides herself on her untraditional path into the creative industry. Her breadth of experience brings a unique lens to the way she approaches integrated storytelling and business leadership. Before MMI, Maggie worked across industries including web marketing, public relations, publishing, sports, and event planning and served eight years in the U.S. Army Reserves.
