Biography
Marc is an acknowledged Marketing Leadership practitioner, thought leader, author, and educator. During the start of his career with Unilever, he founded its global internet marketing innovation center in NYC. He went on to build global marketing consultancy EffectiveBrands to 5 international offices, ultimately selling the business to WPP. In 2019, Marc founded the Institute for Real Growth (IRG), operating as a not-for-profit and independent CMO leadership program. To date, over 850 CMOs and CMO-1 level marketing leaders have completed the 12 or 20 week IRG leadership programs. Marc has led five global thought leadership studies and co-authored a best-selling marketing leadership book and an HBR cover article.
