Marcos is Partner and Chief Creative Officer at Le Truc, a creative collective within Publicis Groupe. Since joining, he has helped shape a disruptive creative model, securing major clients like Pfizer and Walmart and winning Le Truc’s first Cannes Lions Grand Prix.
Previously, Marcos was Chief Creative Officer at Ogilvy New York, where he revitalised the agency and won accounts such as Absolut Vodka, Audi and Zippo, while retaining IBM. With over 20 years of experience at agencies like BBDO New York, BBH New York, and AlmapBBDO, his mantra – “untraditional methods lead to untraditional results” – has transformed brands like PlayStation, Samsung, IKEA, Visa and Havaianas.
Marcos has received top industry honours, including being named to Adweek’s Creative 100 and being the first Brazilian to win the Young Guns award. One of his proudest projects is designing the New York Philharmonic’s visual identity, a tribute to his family’s classical music legacy.
