Formerly Managing Director of Marketing at Direct Line Group and now CEO of Direct Line Financial Services, Mark has led some of the industry’s most iconic brand transformations, including the launch of the award-winning ‘Winston Wolf’ campaign.

A Marketing Society Fellow and patron of the Marketing Academy, he is a passionate advocate for talent development and inclusion, having mentored hundreds of emerging leaders through programmes like Mentoring Gen Z. Mark also co-hosts The Places We’ll Go Show, a top global marketing podcast featuring over 200 interviews with CMOs, CEOs and creative pioneers.
