As an integrated marketing executive with more than 20 years of industry experience, I am recognized as an expert in propelling brand equity and business growth for multibillion-dollar companies; delivering data-driven results with exceptional ROI across all channels; successfully leading global cross-functional teams; and creating high-impact, award-winning marketing campaigns that attract diverse audiences and younger generations. Additionally, I have led successful sustainability initiatives and operationalized sustainable management practices for Fortune 500 companies.
As the current CMSO of 7-Eleven and former senior marketer at PepsiCo and Dean Foods Company, Marissa has deep expertise growing some of America’s favorite brands, including 7-Eleven, Slurpee, Lay’s potato chips, Cheetos snacks, TruMoo chocolate milk, and Friendly’s ice cream. She is regularly featured in media and at industry events on topics related to brand marketing and purpose, retail media, the intersection of sustainability, and marketing and CMO partnership across the C-suite.
