Maxine Duggins is the Senior DEI Executive at LIONS. She plays a dual role leading both internal culture building and external equity programming across the LIONS Division, including WARC, Contagious and Acuity. Maxine leads the ERA Programme at Cannes Lions – an initiative designed to break down systemic barriers and create equitable access to the Festival for underrepresented creatives worldwide. With a focus on structural change, her work spans the design of inclusive frameworks, psychological safety initiatives and impact programmes.
