Previously, as Chief Customer and Marketing Officer at IAG, she repositioned NRMA Insurance as “A Help Company”, strengthened customer experience and led enterprise-wide transformation. Under her leadership, NRMA Insurance was recognised by Roy Morgan as Australia’s most trusted insurance brand for three consecutive years.

Earlier, Michelle spent a decade at Meta and also held senior roles in New York, USA, and London, UK, including leading global brand and digital transformation initiatives.
