Biography

Mike is a Partner and Chief Creative Officer at Rethink Toronto. Under his leadership, Mike has helped transform Rethink from a well known Canadian indie, to a globally recognized independent creative powerhouse. In 2024, Rethink Toronto was among the most awarded agencies in the world; including Cannes Lions Independent Agency of the Year, along with One Show, Clios, London International, The Drum, WARC, and numerous global shows.

Mike’s work has been recognized over 100 times at Cannes Lions. Famous work that breaks into culture and landing explosive ideas at an unprecedented speed to market, in 2024 Mike earned the coveted Grand Prix for Creative Effectiveness for Heinz, celebrating five years of creativity. Mike is the first creative in Canada to be named Creative Director of the Year by AdAge. He holds two Guinness World Records and hopes to inspire the next generation as Creative Chair at Miami Ad School.
