Monique L. Nelson is the Executive Chair of UniWorld Group Inc. (UWG), the longest-standing multicultural marketing and advertising agency in the United States.

Under Nelson's leadership, UWG offers services in multicultural advertising, consumer insight, DEI, cultural fluency, and NIL equity and empowerment. She has expanded the agency’s client roster and global presence with offices in Canada and Africa.

Nelson serves on the Advertising Week Global Board, AdWeek Diversity & Inclusion Council, Brandeis University Board of Trustees, Eagle Academy Board, New York Advisory Board for The Posse Foundation, and Student Athlete NIL (SANIL). She also participates in the ANA’s Alliance for Inclusive and Multicultural Marketing.

Nelson holds an MBA in International Marketing and Finance from DePaul University's Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.
