Biography
Natalie-Amber is the first non-celebrity ambassador for Crohn’s and Colitis UK, using her platform to challenge stigmas surrounding visible and invisible disabilities.
After a seven-year misdiagnosis, she faced life-threatening complications, emergency surgeries, and lived with a stoma, leaving her with a prominent scar. Since her reversal, she has become a trailblazer for body acceptance and disability representation, particularly for women of colour with scars. She made history as Pretty Little Thing’s first scarred model and has worked with major brands like Sephora, House of Fraser, Skims, and London Fashion Week. A passionate advocate beyond fashion, she hosted BBC Wiltshire’s Shapes and Sizes, discussing body image and disability. She has also led workshops for stoma patients, encouraging confidence and breaking taboos.
