Ned McNeilage is an award-winning creative leader and serves as the Head of Creative at Sphere, an experiential medium powered by advanced technologies to redefine the future of entertainment.

In this role, McNeilage shapes the creative and design strategy for Sphere and leads the in-house creative design studio. He is responsible for content that runs on the Exosphere – the venue’s fully programmable LED exterior – which features artistic content created by Sphere and renowned artists, as well as branded content from premier brands.

Throughout his career McNeilage has worked at the intersection of brands, entertainment and technology. Previously, McNeilage served as Chief Creative Officer at VML and Chief Creative Officer at BBH LA. His career experience also includes creative roles for TBWA\Media Arts Lab, Creative Artists Agency, and Wieden+Kennedy.

His work has been honoured at Cannes Lions, The One Show, D&AD, and the Effies.
