Nicola Mendelsohn is Head of the Global Business Group at Meta, where she leads relationships with top marketers and agencies and oversees the company’s business engineering, marketing science, and Creative Shop organisations.

She previously served as VP for Europe, Middle East and Africa from 2013 to 2023, leading the growth of EMEA into a multibillion-dollar business and overseeing Meta’s expansion into Israel, Norway, Austria and Denmark.

Nicola sits on the Mayor of London’s Business Advisory Board and is Co-President of Norwood. In 2019, she founded the Follicular Lymphoma Foundation, focused on raising funds to help people living with follicular lymphoma live well and get well.

Before joining Meta, Nicola spent 20 years in advertising at BBH, Grey, and Karmarama. In 2015, she was awarded a CBE (Commander of the Order of the British Empire) for services to the creative industries in the UK.
