Noel is a writer and editor based in London, UK. Since 2023, he has worked as a production editor at LIONS, editing the Cannes Lions Festival Programme and helping to create products like the LIONS cMBA and LIONS gMBA and reports like The Progress Check: LGBTQ+. He previously held editorial roles at the British Council and Kaplan International and volunteered as a spokesperson for the Migrant Rights’ Network. A 2025 winner of the London Writers Awards, he studied creative writing, journalism and advertising at the University of Athens in Greece and at Curtis Brown in the UK. Noel is passionate about diverse voices, queer representation and neurodiversity inclusion.
