Pascal is the Co-Founder of Planted and a member of its Executive Board. Born in Sursee, Lucerne, Switzerland, Pascal earned his MA in Business Innovation from the University of St. Gallen, followed by five years in various positions at Migros Industrie, including three in the US.

In 2019, he followed his passion for sustainable food and co-founded Planted with Lukas Böni, Christoph Jenny, Eric Stirnemann and Judith Wemmer. Today, they’re Europe’s fastest-growing alternative protein scale-up, and Pascal leads the sales and international business development.
