Biography

Pats is an award-winning global strategist with over 25 years of experience in brand, communications, social, and digital strategy. She has worked on some of the world’s most iconic brands at innovative agencies such as BBH, The & Partnership, Isobar, and Weber Shandwick.

At BBH, Pats helped lead the agency’s effectiveness agenda, contributing to the agency being named IPA’s Effectiveness Agency of the Year twice. At Isobar, she developed innovative digital strategies, and the agency was named a leader in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for three consecutive years.

In 2022, Pats played a key role in developing Dentsu Creative’s integrated proposition, which earned the agency Cannes Lions Agency of the Year and a Grand Prix for Creative Strategy in 2024. Pats' work has been recognized at prestigious awards shows including Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, Clios, Effies, and IPA Effectiveness Awards.

She has also judged at WARC Effectiveness, Cannes Lions, and D&AD.
