Biography

Paul Earle is an entrepreneur, writer and educator.

He is Co-Founder of a number of new-to-the-world brands making serious waves in US retail today, perhaps most notably GOODLES®, fast becoming a beloved staple in prepared pasta. Paul’s partners include a number of extraordinary entrepreneurs and product makers; best-in-class designers, brand strategists, and writers; sophisticated venture capital funds; and several famous Hollywood actors who serve as brand ambassadors.

Earlier, Paul was Executive Director of Farmhouse, the innovation centre at the global creative agency Leo Burnett. Among a number of achievements at Farmhouse was the creation – from scratch – of the High Noon® vodka brand, now one of the largest spirits brands in the United States by volume.

In addition to his adventures as a practitioner, Paul teaches entrepreneurship and innovation at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. His work has been published widely.
