She’s helped elevate The Weather Company to an AI-driven ecosystem player that helps people confidently leverage data and technology to make more informed decisions.
With nearly three decades in media and marketing, she’s served product, editorial, sales and marketing roles. Named a 2020 Woman to Watch by Multichannel News, she excels at unlocking creativity and high performance on her teams, resulting in some of the industry’s top awards. change, Randi sits on the boards of the Ad Council, BRIDGE and the OAAA Brand Council. She leads compelling partnerships such as with the United National Development Programme (UNDP) on its recent 'Weather Kids' climate action campaign.
