Her journey includes overseeing some of the most celebrated culture-shaping campaigns, including McDonald’s iconic ‘Famous Orders’ and Universal Pictures’ record-breaking ‘Minions: The Rise of Gru’. With a sharp strategic eye and an instinct for innovation, Rebecca has driven partnerships with industry leaders like YouTube, adidas and SharkNinja, bringing bold, first-to-market ideas to life.

Rebecca’s expertise blends digital fluency with boundless creative energy, offering a 360° approach to developing, storytelling and amplifying brand narratives in real time. Before joining We Are Social, she founded Something Massive, the digital agency behind transformative campaigns for Plus Organics, Peet’s Coffee, Regal Cinemas and Bolthouse Farms.

She holds a BS in Advertising from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University in the US.
