Sir Martin Sorrell is Founder and Executive Chairman of S4 Capital plc, the tech-led digital advertising and marketing services company operating globally as Monks. Previously, as Founder and CEO of WPP for 33 years, he built it from a £1m shell company in 1985 into the world’s largest advertising and marketing services group, with a market capitalisation of £16bn, when he left.

S4 Capital has combined over 30 companies since 2018, integrating AI-driven technology to redefine how brands interact with globally across content, media, and marketing services. In 2022, Sir Martin co-founded S4S Ventures, investing in early-stage technology companies across adtech.

Ranked the second-best CEO in the world by Harvard Business Review in 2016 and 2017, he received the Harvard Business School Alumni Achievement Award and was named among TIME’s 100 Most Influential People.
