Biography

Tara Ford is the Chief Creative Officer of Droga5 ANZ (formerly The Monkeys) and Chief Creative Officer of Accenture Song APAC. Throughout her career, Tara has consistently garnered recognition at major international award shows, including back-to-back Grand Prix wins at Cannes Lions for her work on ‘The First Digital Nation’ for the Tuvaluan Government and ‘Play It Safe’ for The Sydney Opera House.

Under her creative leadership, The Monkeys enjoyed its most successful and commercially effective period, earning multiple Agency of the Year awards for creativity and effectiveness.

Tara has been named AWARD Creative Leader of the Year 2023/24, Creative Leader of the Year 2023 by Campaign Asia, and Creative Captain 2022 in the Women Leading Change Awards by Campaign APAC. She was also honoured as Global Creative Leader of the Year 2021 by Creativepool and Creative Person of the Year by Campaign Asia in 2020. Tara actively contributes to the Advertising Council of Australia Board and D&AD Advisory Board.
