Before creating a company of his own, Tim spent nearly a decade as the Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer for RPA, was a global innovation and transformation facilitator with Hyper Island, and was a Creative Director and Copywriter at agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi, Dentsu and TBWA/Chiat/Day.

He’s also a frequent speaker at international events including TEDx (USA), the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity (France), Hyper Island (Sweden), CPH Transform (Copenhagen), Dani Komunikacija (Croatia), AToMiC (Canada), and SXSW (the country of Texas).
