Todd Kaplan is the North America Chief Marketing Officer at Kraft Heinz, overseeing a portfolio of more than 70 iconic brands, including Heinz, Kraft Mac & Cheese, and Capri-Sun. He drives innovation and growth while leading the North America Growth Office, integrating media, digital and creative efforts like the in-house studio The Kitchen.
A passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, Todd mentors through the Adweek DEI Council and ANA Educational Foundation and serves on advisory boards such as the Ad Council. Recognised as a top chief marketing officer by Forbes and Business Insider, his work has earnt multiple Cannes Lions Awards and Adweek’s Brand Genius award.
Todd holds a BA in Economics from Northwestern University and an MBA from Yale. He enjoys tennis, the Lakers and spending time with his wife and two sons.
